SCENARIO 1
A TECHNICAL VISIT
As you can see in the overview below, this first scenario consists of six units
and simulates several typical steps in arranging and making a technical visit.It includes an e-mail request and response, several phone calls and e-mails
concerning date and travel arrangements, small talk at a joint business dinner
as well as follow-up e-mails after the visit.For the main tasks in each unit, you can choose if you want to play either
the GUEST's or the HOST's role.

A SALES SITUATION
As you can see in the overview below, the second scenario also consists of six units.
It simulates several typical steps in an ordering procedure and includes
a product inquiry with responses containing professional advice,
a small talk situation at a trade fair, a quotation with subsequent order
as well as a customer complaint.For the main tasks in each unit, you can choose if you want to play either
the BUYER's or the SELLER's role.
